Job Description

The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide essential care to patients during labor and delivery. This role requires strong clinical skills in managing the laboring patient and supporting the newborn immediately after delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to laboring patients including monitoring and assessment.
• Perform newborn care immediately after delivery.
• Circulate and recover cesarean section patients.
• Administer epidural anesthesia and support labor management.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
• RN License required.
• Certifications: AWHONN Intermediate or CEFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP.
