Physical Therapist - Contract Position

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Weekends: 1 weekend per month with compensatory days during the week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. This role includes providing therapeutic care, conducting evaluations, and developing treatment plans for a diverse patient population in a rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will exhibit flexibility, positive energy, and a strong team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations with recommendations for discharge.
• Implement treatment plans aimed at achieving patients' set goals.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a valid Physical Therapist License.
• BLS Certification required.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• Experience with trauma and vestibular therapy is a plus.
