Schedule

Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) or Day Shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30), with rotations as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a strong commitment to patient care and collaboration within an interdisciplinary medical team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on telemetry monitoring and medical/surgical interventions.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided using facility-approved charting systems.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and nursing interventions.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and implement appropriate interventions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 18 months of permanent experience in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry required.
• Active Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Traveler must have at least one reference from a supervisor or manager in the specialty applying for.
