• Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
• Day Shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)

Job Description

Join our team as a Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse, providing high-quality care to patients. You will have the potential to float to various units, including J1-2, J33, and ED, caring for a similar patient population. Your schedule will involve rotating shifts, and while the facility will do its best to honor your preferred shift, adjustments may be made to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting.
• Monitor and assess patient health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg Tele prior to travel assignments.
• Must possess a current Ohio RN license or a valid compact state license.
• Active American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Must work at least every other holiday.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
