Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN)

Schedule

This is a night shift position, working 12-hour shifts on a 3-day rotating schedule.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses (ED RNs) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in a large facility, preferably with a level 1 trauma center. The role requires proficiency in both adult and pediatric care, along with strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patient care in the emergency department.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 4 years of well-rounded experience in adult and pediatric care.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• TNCC and ENPC certifications are preferred.
