Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Med/Surg department to provide high-quality care to our patients. The RN will monitor patient progress, administer medications, and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a dynamic acute care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Arizona.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Healthcare experience; a minimum of one year recommended.
• Experience in telemetry is preferred.
