Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care team. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for geriatric patients or experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings. This role demands excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using nursing best practices.
• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans.
• Conduct wound care and other advanced procedures as required.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records utilizing Cerner documentation system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS and CPI certifications are preferred.
• Experience in geriatric care or inpatient rehab settings.
