MS/Tele Registered Nurse - Day Shift

Job Description

Seeking an experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a community hospital setting. The ideal candidate will work 12-hour shifts, providing care to patients with diverse medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patient telemetry, ensuring safe and effective care.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Effectively communicate with patients and their families regarding care and treatment plans.
• Float between similar units to meet facility needs as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a telemetry or medical-surgical unit.
• Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license required prior to start date.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; NIHSS certification preferred.
• Tele competency is a must; previous charge experience is preferred.
• Experience in a community hospital setting is preferred.
