Day shift, Monday through Friday from 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist to provide outpatient care for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric diagnoses. The ideal candidate will be familiar with a variety of treatment techniques and will possess the ability to manage a case load of 11-12 patients per day.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions for post-op and non-operative patients.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and goal-setting.
• Utilize various therapy modalities to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care to meet the diverse needs of patients.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols while providing care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active California Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a comparable setting.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with populations including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Knowledge of manual therapy and aquatic therapy techniques is a plus.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems, preferably Epic.
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred but not required.
