07:00 AM - 07:30 PM, 36 hours per week with every other weekend rotation.

Job Description

The Inpatient Hold RN will provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in a dynamic inpatient setting. The role includes the responsibility to manage patient acuity and ratios effectively, preferring candidates who can also take emergency department (ED) patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care while monitoring and evaluating patient conditions.
• Manage nursing staff and resources to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document patient progress.
• Assist in the transition of patients from the ED to inpatient care when necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license required.
• Experience in an inpatient setting preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially in acute care.
