8-hour Day Shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience and will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patients' physical functions.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Outpatient experience is preferred. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. No new graduates will be accepted for this position.
