Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care in an outpatient setting, ensuring the best treatment practices for each individual. This role includes evaluating patient needs, implementing treatment plans, and maintaining high productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain a productive caseload of 12-14 patients per day.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Preferred outpatient experience.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• First-time travelers will be considered.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee.
