Evening Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in the Med Surg unit, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient care and vital signs.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Assist in the management of patient admissions and discharges.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient assessments and care provided in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
• BLS certification required.
• Telemetry rhythm capabilities and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and communicate well.
