Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Telemetry unit. Our RN professionals are committed to providing exceptional care in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Medical Telemetry unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions using medical telemetry equipment
• Prepare patients for various procedures such as Endoscopy and OR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient information accurately and timely using the EMR system (Cerner)

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Current experience in Medical Telemetry preferred
• Charge Nurse experience or leadership experience is a plus
• Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) encouraged
