This position offers a 4x10 hour shift, from 07:00 to 17:30.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

The Cath Lab Tech will be responsible for assisting in various cardiac procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, electrophysiology studies, and peripheral vascular interventions. The role requires a strong focus on patient care and safety, as well as proficiency in operating and maintaining cardiac catheterization equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the performance of cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and support anesthesiologist or physician during procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field and instruments needed for procedures.
• Document procedures and patient statuses accurately and efficiently in the documentation system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ACLS certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience and willingness to assist with electrophysiology and peripheral vascular procedures preferred.
