Job Description

The Cath Lab Registered Nurse will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the cardiac catheterization lab. Nurses will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure efficient operation of the lab and optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab.
• Monitor patient status and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in educational and training activities to maintain competence.
• Guide and support less experienced staff and assist in their training.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have previous Cath Lab experience, including knowledge of Impella and IABP.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
• Ability to manage patients on mechanical ventilation.
• Experience in vascular or peripheral interventions is preferred.
