Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Greenville, TX. This role involves working with an outpatient orthopedic patient population and may require floating to other clinics as needed. The ideal candidate will possess outpatient experience and will be willing to accommodate a fast-paced work environment with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day. Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Provide high-quality physical therapy interventions.
• Ensure effective communication with patients and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to productivity and billing standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.
• First-time travelers and new graduates are welcome to apply.
