8-hour day shifts, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours each week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Fairfield Glade, TN. This position involves providing high-quality care to patients in an outpatient setting, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing appropriate therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on treatment processes and goals.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Float to other clinics as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Outpatient experience is preferred. New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
