06:30 AM - 05:00 PM, 4 days a week, with call coverage required on weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Catheterization Technologist with Cath Lab experience to assist in performing catheterization procedures. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using the C-Arm machine and managing routine LEAD maintenance. This position requires full availability for on-call duties and adherence to all health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures and Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCIs).
• Insert Impella and balloon pump devices as required.
• Scrub for Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures such as nephrostomy tube insertion, PICC insertion, permacath insertion, pacemaker insertion, and cerebral thrombectomy.
• Maintain a proactive approach to patient care and safety in the Cath Lab environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have previous experience in a Cath Lab setting.
• Current certification in fluoroscopy and ARRT or RCIS credentials is required.
• Ability to respond within 30 minutes of being paged for emergency calls.
• State licensure in New Jersey is preferred.
