Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, with call shifts required as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing and possess travel nursing experience. The ER RN will work collaboratively with the medical team to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to patients in a critical setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient education and support initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous experience as a travel nurse strongly preferred.
• Meditech 6.0 experience preferred.
• Flu vaccine required with no exceptions.

Additional Information

• Must adhere to a 100-mile radius rule for permanent residence.
• Up to 3 days of requested time off (RTO) allowed per contract.
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the assignment; guaranteed hours will not apply.
