Night Shift Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM, with every third weekend and Memorial Day off.

Job Description

The position requires compliance with all onboarding requirements, including the submission of various health history forms and certifications. Candidates should be prepared to provide documentation as needed for professional standards and health compliance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Trinity Code of Conduct and other professional agreements.
• Complete required competency testing and skills checklist.
• Ensure compliance with health history and vaccination requirements, including but not limited to COVID-19, MMR, and Influenza Vaccines.
• Participate in professional training and background verification as part of the onboarding process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active License/Certificate Verification required for submission and onboarding.
• Must complete Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form and other associated documentation.
• Compliance with all health and safety checks, including drug screening.
