3x12-Hour shifts; Day: 07:00 - 19:30; Night: 19:00 - 07:30. Rotating shifts may be required based on operational needs.

Job Description

The Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide patient education and support to families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for patient care planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Must possess an active Ohio RN license or a compact state license in hand.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Previous charge nurse experience is preferred.
• Must be willing to work at least every other holiday.
