Job Description

The Rehabilitation teams at this facility evaluate and treat patients whose injuries or conditions have led to a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. The Physical Therapy team specializes in evaluating and treating patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations that are neuro/musculo/skeletal in nature. Services offered include sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehabilitation, balance therapy, and spinal therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and design treatment plans.
• Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification is required.
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care.
