Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend requirement.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Rehabilitation team. This role involves providing exceptional patient care to individuals recovering from various conditions such as strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Create and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding care plans and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the State of Missouri.
• BLS (CPR) Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in rehabilitation or related fields.
