Schedule

Night 4x9-Hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00), including three 8-hour shifts and one 12-hour shift per week, totaling 36 hours weekly.

Job Description

The RN Supervisor will serve as a clinical resource for problem solving, offering expertise and facilitating staff mentoring, coaching, and patient flow during off shifts (evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays) in a 180-bed skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing care delivered across all units within the facility.
• Provide clinical expertise and resource support for staff.
• Facilitate patient flow and manage care for residents with diagnoses including dementia, diabetes, CVA, and cardiac conditions.
• Monitor and report sentinel events, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Oversee and participate in the orientation of new employees.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience with previous charge experience required.
• EPIC charting experience is mandatory.
• Current New York state RN license is required.
