Schedule

Day shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with weekend shifts required one weekend per month.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), or inpatient rehabilitation settings. The therapist will work with patients from various backgrounds, focusing on orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic, and general medical/surgical rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize modalities and therapeutic techniques to enhance patient recovery.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress using Meditech EMR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or SNF experience.
• DPT preferred, but not mandatory.
