Day shift schedule: 4x10 hours (07:30 - 18:00), with possible early shifts starting at 06:30. Requires one designated late shift each week.

Job Description

The Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab RN will provide comprehensive nursing care during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures. The RN will be responsible for ensuring patient safety, comfort, and procedural efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patients during cardiac procedures.
• Perform equipment setup and maintenance in the cath lab.
• Assist in the placement and monitoring of catheters and other devices.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac cath lab or similar environment.
• Active RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
