Occupational Therapist - Acute Care Setting

This position requires availability during days, Monday through Friday, with some weekend shifts as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to work in a dynamic acute care setting and float to inpatient rehab. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on improving patients' abilities to perform daily activities through therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies to enhance independent living.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Qualified applicants must possess an active Occupational Therapy license. Previous experience in an acute care or inpatient rehab environment is preferred.
