Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel CVICU RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular intensive care nursing and must possess a permanent address more than 50 miles from the facility. This role involves critical patient care in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing the need for specialized training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the CVICU.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans based on best practices and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation.
• Administer medications and perform procedures as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• At least 1 year of documented cardio open heart training, highlighted on resume.
• Must possess a valid nursing license in the applicable state.
