MLT Generalist

Schedule

This position requires availability for night shifts from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.

Job Description

The MLT Generalist will run diagnostic tests in the laboratory, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests across various laboratory sections, including blood bank, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, serology, chemistry, and limited microbiology.
• Maintain compliance with laboratory standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient workflow.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• MT/MLS certification from ASCP or AMT.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Experience in blood bank, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, serology, chemistry, and limited microbiology.
