Days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday preferred

Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM (3x12's)

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests in Hematology, Chemistry, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, and Gram stains. The role involves working with specific laboratory equipment and maintaining a high standard of care and accuracy in testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests in various departments including Hematology, Chemistry, and Blood Bank.
• Utilize laboratory equipment such as Sysmex XN-1000, Siemens CA-660, and Siemens Dimension EXL.
• Execute Gram stains and perform Urinalysis tests.
• Maintain and operate laboratory equipment according to safety standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Preferred MLT (ASCP/AMT) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Experience with laboratory information systems, specifically MEDHOST / AS-400.
• Must be willing to start ASAP and provide required information upon submission.
