Job Description

Seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to perform various laboratory analyses in a fast-paced environment. The position requires expertise in areas such as Coagulation, Hematology, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, and Chemistry. The technician will work with advanced laboratory equipment, maintaining high standards of quality control and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests in Coagulation, Hematology, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, and Chemistry.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, including Sysmex XN-1000, Siemens CA-660, and Siemens Dimension EXL.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in laboratory procedures.
• Document test results accurately and assist in troubleshooting laboratory issues.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide timely test results.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Preferred certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP/AMT).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Proficient in using laboratory equipment and EMR systems such as MEDHOST and AS-400.
• Familiarity with manual gel testing and Sofia 23.
