Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse. You will provide care to a diverse patient population ranging from neonates to geriatrics, addressing a wide variety of chief complaints in a fast-paced emergency room setting. Your expertise will be essential in managing critical situations and ensuring quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients presenting with medical emergencies.
• Perform advanced clinical procedures as required, including IV initiation, blood administration, and sedation.
• Provide patient education and support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Michigan RN license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Department experience required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH.
• Experience in a fast-paced ER environment managing diverse patient populations.
