Schedule

Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM, Monday to Friday. On-call required during weekends with a 30-minute response time.

Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) specializing in Spine & Total Joint procedures. Work with cutting-edge technology in a supportive environment focused on patient care and surgical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures for spine and joint cases.
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other medical personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety and procedural standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 6 months of current hospital CST experience.
• Active certifications: BLSD, DORA, and NBSTA.
• Experience with large spinal fusions, including ALIF, OLIF, DLIF, ACDF, and ACDR.
• Preferred experience in spine and joint scrub roles.
