Radiologic Technologist - Night Shift

Schedule

Saturday and Sunday nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist for a night shift position covering X-ray and CT procedures for the Emergency Department and inpatients. The role involves patient transport between the ED and departments, and you will work collaboratively with off-site radiologists using Epic - Radiant for image reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic and CT imaging procedures, including but not limited to abdomen, chest, brain, pelvic studies, and vascular imaging.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures, adhering to established protocols and radiation safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with radiologists using Perfect Serve secure paging during shifts.
• Assist in the transportation of patients to and from the ED as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in Radiography (ARRT R) and Computed Tomography (ARRT CT) required.
• Current BLS certification and South Carolina Radiology license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a radiologic tech role.
• At least 1 year of experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
