Job Description

Join a busy Level I Trauma Center as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse. This position involves providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, requiring proficiency in critical care nursing and a robust skill set in trauma management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care for patients of all ages.
• Manage and interpret dysrhythmias effectively.
• Administer IV sedation and procedural sedation.
• Conduct triage and prioritize patient care based on medical necessity.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current State Registered Nurse license.
• ACLS, BCLS by AHA, PALS, TNCC certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency nursing experience in a Level I trauma center.
• Experience in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
• Must be willing to work weekends (3 out of 4 weekends).
