Job Description

We are dedicated to providing exceptional rehabilitation services for individuals recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. Our programs are tailored to meet the individualized needs of patients, focusing on maximizing health, function, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute rehabilitation to patients recovering from stroke, brain injuries, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries.
• Develop and implement customized rehabilitation plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and support to patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Relevant licensure or certification for position, as required.
• Previous experience in rehabilitation services preferred.
