Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team at a state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. This facility is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and progress accurately and timely.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Indiana.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS certification is a plus.
