Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our compassionate healthcare team. This role is crucial in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our commitment to improving the health and quality of life for our communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments and medication administration.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient progress and advocate for patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia.
• Demonstrated experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
