Working 40 hours per week, 4x10 hr. days, alternating weekdays.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate patients and develop as well as implement appropriate treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses. Your main goal will be to improve patients’ strength, range of motion (ROM), balance, safety, and overall function. You will also be responsible for educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient strength and mobility.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding home exercise and recovery strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
• Current Colorado PT licensure or compact for Colorado.
• Minimum of two years of PT experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Flu vaccination is mandatory during the specified months; no declinations accepted.
