Night shift: 19:00 - 07:00, alternating weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The unit is fast-paced and requires nurses who are prepared to handle over 1,000 deliveries a month. This position involves providing high-quality care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and immediately postpartum.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient needs and progress during labor and delivery.
• Administer medications and perform procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2+ years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Valid RN license and certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN.
• Competency in EFM, SVE, and C-Section circulation.
• Experience in a high-volume Level IV unit preferred.
