Night shift: 3x12s, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated MS/Tele RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a community hospital setting. The position requires trauma competency and the ability to manage telemetry patients efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 6 patients in a telemetry unit.
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Oversee patient care plans and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Utilize telemetry systems for patient monitoring.
• Perform assessments and interpret vital signs and lab values.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Current South Carolina nursing license or Compact license is required prior to start.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS preferred.
• Tele competency and previous charge experience preferred.
