MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00). Required to work every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients on the medical-surgical and telemetry units. This position requires a dedicated professional with strong clinical skills, who is adaptable and committed to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in a telemetry and medical-surgical setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as per protocol.
• Implement care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic electronic health records.
• Participate in on-call duties if needed, primarily within the first four hours.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in MS/Tele nursing.
• Active South Carolina RN license or multi-state/compact license required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS; NIHSS preferred.
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system is required.
