Med/Surg-Tele Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg-Tele Registered Nurse to join our team on a rapid admission unit. This unit caters to both general medical patients and surgical patients awaiting surgery. The ideal candidate must exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for a patient load that turns over more quickly than typical medical-surgical units.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 5:1.
• Administer medications and conduct assessments as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Med/Surg-Tele specialty.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Current RN license verification via Nursys.
• Work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days.
• Skills checklist and professional references.
