Pediatric RN with NICU Experience Required - Rotating Shifts

Rotating shifts: 3x12 hour shifts (Day: 07:00 - 19:30; Night: 19:00 - 07:30)

Job Description

A qualified Pediatric Registered Nurse with NICU experience is needed for a dynamic pediatric unit. This role requires expertise in various critical conditions affecting neonates and infants with a focus on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients with complex conditions.
• Administer medications and perform clinical procedures.
• Manage patient care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and assess patient health, recognizing any changes in condition.
• Educate families on health management and care techniques.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience, including NICU.
• Active RN Maryland state license or compact license.
• BLS certification required; CPI certification preferred.
• Experience with high-acuity pediatric cases is essential.
