Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 (3x12 shifts weekly)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The RN will provide high-quality care for adult and geriatric patients with various critical conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a blended ICU environment and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patient care in the ICU setting.
• Provide care for patients with acute conditions such as STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, and Sepsis.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for effective patient management including critical interventions.
• Float to Intermediate Care Unit and assist in Emergency Department holding as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an ICU setting.
• Experience with the following treatments: CABG, valve repair/replacement, acute respiratory failure, A. Fib RVR, and trauma management.
