Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Intermediate Care Unit. This role requires strong clinical skills and an ability to manage a diverse patient population including adults and geriatrics. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with various medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Assist with patient assessments and evaluations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain patient records accurately and timely.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current State License as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 2 years recent acute care experience.
• Travel experience preferred.
