Job Description

UP Health System Bell is a Joint Commission Accredited Critical Access Hospital providing a spectrum of health and wellness services. The facility offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, emphasizing patient-centered services and advanced medical technology.

Responsibilities

As a member of the nursing team, you will provide quality care to patients by:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Providing emotional support and education to patients and families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must possess a valid nursing license and relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
