Job Description

Join a comprehensive healthcare team at a well-established critical access hospital in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Our facility provides a wide array of health and wellness services, including 24/7 emergency services, various outpatient and inpatient care options, and specialized surgical services. Our mission is to deliver high-quality patient care and improve community health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the established standards and protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document changes in patient condition and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Current basic life support (BLS) certification and additional certifications as required by the specialty.
