6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, 12-hour shifts with every other weekend and holiday support.

Job Description

The Medical ICU is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients. The successful candidate will possess strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient ratio of 2:1 in ICU and 4-5:1 in PCU.
• Assist providers with bedside procedures such as chest tube insertion and intubations.
• Provide bedside shift report to ensure seamless care across shifts.
• Utilize equipment such as lift equipment, ventilators, IV pumps, and Targeted Temperature Management (TTM).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have Medical ICU experience in a large facility.
• Comfortable with advanced hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management.
• Advanced skills in critical care pharmacology including IV sedation, paralytics, and vasopressors.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS.
